Easter Bank holiday
It's Friday! Well really Thursday but it's Bank holiday! As much as I do love my job I am looking forward for extra time in the garden, BBQs and family time!
Today I walked around the garden and checked my veg patch and found some slugs and picked the off to see the pavement and the foot of my shoes! I am certainly not grieving there deaf!
My Hostas and elephant ears is growing fast around the pond but looking worse for wear as slugs and snails are also attacking this. Worried about getting pellets pesticide for them as they are around the pond area and what happens if they fall in the water of the pond would the Koi die?
Need to read the packet first before buying!
I vented the green house! Broad beans are certainly growing fast and are ready to plant.
I weeded the front garden again yesterday weeds certainly grow fast only did this the night before.
I took some gem lettuce and tomatoes plants into work and got rid of them all. I managed to get my exotic chilly pepper plant from Mr Ward. I need to find out what its called as I cant remember.
Temperature for this morning is 7.5 @ 7.41am clear blue sky!
Looks like another hot day remember everyone it is only spring and it is like summer not good really.
I harvest one radish last night to see If there ready and they are not. So another few weeks then should be ready.
Enjoy your last day at work :)
