13th April

Had a wonder around the garden this morning! Vented the mini green house and checked my seedlings to see if any have sprouted. Not much change! In the green house I have on the vegetable shelf gem lettuce, spinach, brussels sprouts, rocket and broad beans the plants I've sow are pansy, daisies, sweet peas and a few bulbs I found around the garden which I don't know what they are so be exciting to find out! Bit like a Christmas present waiting to be opened! Much cooler today 4.0C :(

But I have tomatoes, sweet corn and giant sun flowers on the window sill in the spare bed room! I have to many tomato plants and have offered some to people at work! I sowed some to early and they didn't germinate and sowed some more! Then it was the right time and the all sprouted at the same time! Even better new my sweet corn has rooted and now sprouting from the top! I collected old toilet roll tubes and sowed them in there as they are very sensitive and when planting you can just plant them with the tubes! The tubes should decompose after time!

I will soon produce a photo of the front garden!
